The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and INFORM have been awarded a 4.2 million GBP grant by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) to strengthen the use of data for malaria decision making in 14 high malaria burden countries in Africa over a four year period. This work builds on a pilot project by INFORM and funded by DFID in 2013-2014 that developed comprehensive malaria epidemiological and control profiles for Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Malawi, Mali, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda.
